When you receive a message: “Dear customer, you do not have
sufficient balance for this plan”, which means your line is
eligible for the offer.
Proceed with the loading of required amount to your account.
But if after dialing the code, you get this message “Dear
customer, you do not qualify for this plan”, don’t load the
money on it because it will not
work for that line, but you can always try other Airtel Sims at

Babayaro tips Odemwingie as Nigeria’s World Cup joker

The former international has rated the Stoke City forward’s return to the Super Eagles as a good thing ahead of the World Cup
EXCLUSIVE
By Shemmy Sholabomi
Former Nigeria goalkeeper Emmanuel Babayaro has tipped Stoke City forward Osaze Odemwingie to impress at the World Cup if he makes the final list of 23 players.
The Atlanta Olympics football gold medalist told Goal that the forward has great qualities that the Super Eagles need and he would help the team to success in Brazil.
“Osaze has confidence, experience and dedication which are the major ingredients and qualities needed to survive and achieve success at the World Cup,” Babayaro told Goal.
“I am very happy that the striker is in the team right now and he would prove himself in the three friendly matches lined up for the team as from tomorrow when the Eagles confront the Scotland national team in England,” he said.
Babayaro reasoned that the World Cup is not a place where Nigeria’s best should be left out and that he was happy that coach Stephen Keshi pardoned the player and included him in his list of 30.
“Osaze we all know has great qualities as a player and his experience and skills alone would pose threat to opponents. He also enjoyed a tremendous season most especially since he teamed up with Stoke City he has been in tremendous form. If he is picked for the World Cup, he will definitely prove all his doubters wrong.
“You can also see the beauty of having him alongside Emmanuel Emenike, Ahmed Musa and Victor Moses. These are very fast players and that is the tempo the modern game is played now and their combination would prove much more difficult for the team’s opponents to handle,” he explained.

5 SIGNS TO SHOW YOU ARE UNEMPLOYABLE

Yahoo! acquired micro blogging software Tumblr for $1.1 billion this June, and asked founder David Karp to stay on as an employee. Do you think he’ll still be with the company by Labor Day? I doubt it.

Forbes reports that Karp walked away from the Yahoo! deal with roughly $200 million, so he doesn’t need the job. I think it is more than his financial independence that will drive him out of Yahoo! In fact, my guess is--and I’ve never met Karp in person--he is probably unemployable.

Here are five signs that you, too, may be unemployable:

1. You’re smarter than your boss, even though you don’t have an MBA

True entrepreneurs get bored quickly in school. The list of college dropouts includes Tumblr’s Karp and other names you might know: Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Ellison, Michael Dell and Bill Gates, to name just a handful out of hundreds of household names that did not have the patience for school.

Big companies use advanced degrees as a way to filter out candidates for hiring and advancement; so if you don’t have an MBA, you’ll forever be smarter than the guy or gal you’re working for.

2. You get distracted easily

JetBlue’s founder David Neeleman is one of the more public examples of the well-documented link between ADD/ADHD and entrepreneurship. Some say his ADD/ADHD contributed to the board removing Neeleman as JetBlue’s CEO in 2007. Many studies have made the connection between ADD/ADHD and entrepreneurship. There is even a LinkedIn group called “The ADD/ADHD Entrepreneur” for these entrepreneurs to connect online.

Signs you have ADD/ADHD include being distracted easily, starting several projects without finishing them, and being a hands-on learner. Sound familiar? If so, don’t expect to last as a company man or woman.

3. You think visually

Have you downloaded the Penultimate app for your iPad because you like to draw ideas? Do you find yourself jumping to the white board in a meeting room to try to describe a situation visually? An inclination towards visual thinking is an indicator of ADD/ADHD and another sign you should avoid getting a job where you have to lobby for your ideas in writing.

4. You have trouble listening to others

Some of my favorite entrepreneurs love talking about themselves. They like describing in detail their latest innovation, which is great if you’re in the mood to be regaled. The problem is this: If you try to enter into the discussion, their eyes start to drift, and it’s clear they are just waiting for a lull in the conversation so they can start talking again. It’s so natural, you probably don’t even know you’re doing it, so ask a buddy you trust or a spouse who will give it to you straight. If you tend to be distracted when other people are talking, avoid going to work for someone who not only will want to talk, but who also will expect--even insist--that you listen.

5. You start lots of projects that go unfinished

Be honest: Do you find yourself starting something only to lose steam when you come up with your next great idea?  That’s fine if you run your own company where you can delegate the execution to others, but it also makes you difficult to manage. Bosses like innovation to a point, but companies need employees who have the patience to see their ideas through.

Every entrepreneur has been faced with the question: Should I get a job? Some new grads decide to put their entrepreneurial dreams on hold to get some training on someone else’s dime before they start a business. Other owners get an offer to buy their company, contingent on them working for the acquirer for a few years. In still other cases, the entrepreneur’s company fails, leaving him with the decision to start something new or get a job to make ends meet.

Which leaves you, the entrepreneur, with one more question: Are you employable? If not, you--like Karp--should probably stick with owning a company, not working for one.

HOW TERRY FORGAVE HIS FATHER, AND WHY EVERYONE SHOULD

Every Father's Day, I can't help thinking about Christmas -- or what I call the Christmas from Hell. It was 15 years ago, over the winter holiday, that I had left my daughters with my father, Big Terry, and my mother, Trish, so I could take my wife to dinner.
An hour later, I was called home because my dad had beaten my mom -- again. This happened all the time growing up, because Big Terry was an alcoholic. But now he was doing it in front of my kids.
I rushed home and got the children out.
In the years since, Big Terry has tried to rationalize his behavior, whenever I dared pick up the phone.
"Terry," he said once, "I never had a father to show me how to be one. I got a lot of pain, and all I tried to do was give you guys better than what I had. I didn't know what else to do. I knew to give you a roof."
I could hear the truth in that. But there were other times when he deluded himself, and I couldn't stand to let him run off at the mouth like that.
"I taught you guys everything you know," he said.
"No, Big T, that's not how it went down," I said.
In all of these conversations, I always felt dissatisfied. I think I was waiting for him to apologize, to really see how things had been, and talk to me about it. And then it finally hit me that if
he was ever really going to get it, the moment of clarity had to start from me. I had to tell him, honestly, what was up. I'd always looked at my past as this horrible experience that I had to forget, as if it was just a bad feeling that I had to move past.
But no, I needed to sit in it and take those experiences for what they really were. It had been bad, sure, but it had made me who I am. This didn't mean that some of the things that had happened weren't wrong, but they had truly made me stronger, and not just in the fantastical way of superheroes. Life had made me stronger only because I had learned from it. Once I saw Big Terry differently, I was able to identify the aspects of my childhood that I appreciated, which was much different than the way I'd looked back on my past before.
Much like I'd done on various sets, and with various work relationships, I reframed my past, and my relationship with my father: You knew your father. He was at home, and he cared enough about you to clothe you, to feed you. He never beat you. He never left the family. He could have cheated and run off with some girl.
I started giving Big Terry credit for what he did do. He was a good earner. He was a good provider. I never excused what had been wrong, but also being able to see the positive finally changed my perspective. It changed my view of our story.
Finally, it all became clear to me, and I called my father.
"Big Terry, I truly believe this, man," I said. "If I could choose who my parents were, I would choose you."
It took a lot to say it, but it was the absolute truth. I realized if I had Bill Cosby as a parent I could have ended up in a whole different place, and not necessarily a good one, either. I've seen great kids come from terrible parents, and I've seen awful kids come from the best parents. And for me, Big Terry and Trish are how I got here.
"I would choose you all over again if I could pick my parents," I said. "I would pick you."
He cried and he cried. And talk about a breakthrough, as soon as those words came out of my mouth, everything changed. He was suddenly humble.
"Terry, I'm sorry for what I did to you and Marcelle," he said. "I was wrong."
WOW. As much as I had longed for an apology from my father for all of those years, I had never really thought it was possible. But by finding my own compassion for him, I had broken down everything that needed to be broken within him. Before that, I'd always hoped that when he got himself together, he'd come to me. I'd always been waiting for him. When, really, he was just waiting for that from me.

HOW TO BECOME AN A-LIST BLOGGER

Never mind that people don’t usually celebrate bloggers yet in Nigeria, just like the entertainment industry and fans do for their most talented and favourite celebs.
That will soon start to happen. Oh, it has already started to happen.
While I and a few bloggers have been listed or mentioned around the web as the most popular and influential bloggers in Nigeria based on our blog’s ranking, influence and branding, I believe that’s not enough to say we’re there yet or we should be celebrated.
Rather, we’re still scratching the surface.
But beyond lists, there are quite a good number of lessons that bloggers can learn from the entertainment industry — specifically — the Nollywood, Music and Comedy Industry.
Here are 4 ways that bloggers can become celebrities (or A-List Bloggers) in their own right:
  • Bloggers will have to make their appearances felt beyond just their blogs – On Twitter. On Radio. On TV. On Billboards. At Events. Everywhere — if they’re to become the D’banj’s and Mercy Johnson’s of Nigeria’s emerging Blogging Industry.
  • Bloggers will have to attract a huge following or fan base (literally) as well as build a unique voice and style to become the Basket Mouth’s and the Princess’s of the emerging Blogging Industry.
  • Bloggers will have to figure out a method or a combination of methods to make serious money (with revenues in the excess of $10,000 monthly) from their content, brand and influence, not just relying on paltry sums from Google Adsense and other ad networks. (Note: Big brands with deep pockets are watching the blog space!)
  • Bloggers will have to live in the world of make believe. Start riding posh cars and living in mansions in your imagination. Start giving away Blackberry phones to your fans and followers in your dreams. Soon, you’ll start living those dreams and imaginations. Soon, you’ll be living the Dot Com lifestyle, driving fancy cars, going toexotic vacations, wining, dining and partying.
If you’re to contribute to building a viable blogging industry, you must step up your game and move onto the next level of blogging: becoming a blog celebrity!
It’s time to raise the bar, bloggers! Here’s a quick to-do list:
  • Forget blogspot sub-domains!
  • Hire a very good WordPress designer to create a unique blogging brand!
  • Adopt a unique style of writing and/or hire talented writers on your team!
  • Join forces with other bloggers around your niche and attract new fans!
  • Build a network of blogs around your blogging brand!
  • Be prolific! Be passionate! Be professional!
Heck yeah, don’t take my words because I’m not a blog celeb yet — I haven’t made a dime! Instead, learn from those who actually make $40,000 per month blogging!
Whether you’re blogging for fame or fortune (or both), remember that it would take a long time to build your blogging brand. If you’re into blogging for quick money or attention, then it’s not for you!
Let’s compete, collaborate and network together! That’s how the Nigerian entertainment industry became a multi-million dollar industry!
It’s showtime, baby!

STOP YOUR ADDICTIONS TODAY AND LIVE A BETTER LIFE

Porn addiction is usually fueled by masturbation addiction. There are very rare men who use porn without masturbation. Many women in a relationship feel that their partner’s use of porn is adultery. However, men do not believe they have committed adultery. An addiction to pornography can not be overcome immediately. To understand porn addiction one has to understand what is the reason behind porn addiction. The usual reason behind porn addiction in most cases is masturbation. Let's take a closer look, in order to masturbate you either use porn or make up fantasies in your head. Most addicts prefer porn rather than making up fantasies in their head. When you use porn you masturbate. Not because porn "hijacked" your brain and made you masturbate, the real underlying reason for you using porn is because you wanted to masturbate that is why you used porn. The main reason behind porn addiction is masturbation addiction because you need to use porn in order to masturbate. If you are addicted to porn and masturbation you need to first correctly overcome masturbation addiction then you can stop your addiction to porn. It is impossible to stop porn addiction without first correctly stopping masturbation addiction.

The pornography addicted person becomes so occupied with looking for the next fantasy that they spend hours and sometimes days searching the internet and wasting thousands upon thousands of dollars, destroying their relationship and in some cases risking their job and getting into legal trouble. That very same time and money can be spend much better once the person overcomes porn addiction.

How To Overcome Pornography Addiction
To overcome pornography addiction, first you need identify if you are also addicted to masturbation. Usually the force behind porn addiction is masturbation addiction. If you are addicted to masturbation and want to stop your porn addiction, you will need to overcome masturbation addiction first. You can not stop porn addiction without first dealing with masturbation addiction. A very few men who do not masturbate and use only porn. It takes time to overcome porn addiction. If you install porn blocking software, cut off cable or get rid of the TV, it will not help in the long run. Even if all the porn in the world was gotten rid of you will just make up fantasies in you head to fulfill your sexually addictive interest.

Masturbation Addiction
The following questions will help you evaluate whether or not you're addicted to masturbation.

-Is masturbation a hobby to you?

-Do you do it when you are bored?

-Do you feel like, "I need to masturbate," the same way an alcoholic feels, "I need a drink"?

-If you are single, do you prefer to stay home and masturbate rather than go out and try to build an intimate relationship?

-Do you experience masturbation hangover (disoriented, fatigued, and stressed after masturbating)?

-Do you wish you could go a week without masturbating?

-Do you masturbate to the point of exhaustion?

-Does masturbation cause you physical pain?

-After you have sex with your partner do you need to masturbate?

-Do you prefer masturbation to having sex with your partner?

-Does masturbation hinder you from having sex with your partner?

-Are you impotent with your partner but capable of masturbation?

-If your partner turns you down for sex, do you find that you must masturbate?

-Do you sneak masturbation in at work? Do you do it in the car or in public places?

-Do you rely on masturbation to relieve stress?

-Does masturbation get in the way of accomplishing the things you want to do?

-Do you wish that your partner or people you meet were as exciting as your masturbation fantasies?

-Do you feel proud of yourself when you are able to not masturbate and feel unhappy when you do masturbate?

If you think you have a masturbation addiction. Don't beat yourself up. Addictive masturbation is not a sin; it is not perverted or disgusting. It's a problem, not a moral weakness. Don't treat yourself like a horrible person. You have a problem, nothing more - or less. Addictive masturbation takes a great toll on a person, but don't expect yourself to overcome a masturbation addiction today. It takes time. You're better off understanding that you are not ready than you are demanding the impossible of yourself. Don't avoid relationships because you have a masturbation problem. You can still build a good relationship even though you are struggling with masturbation addiction.

A person addicted to masturbation believes that in order to stop he or she must stop the behavior for period of time. Some believe they must refrain from all sex for a short period of time in hope of stopping the addiction. You have been acting addictively for years. You have nearly destroyed your healthy, comfortable lifestyle in order to indulge in this addiction. Addiction has become very important to you.  Stopping just the behavior essentially is not enough. You need to deal with the underlying issues for your masturbation addiction. That does not mean you need to look in the past or your environment. Licensed therapists advise people that if you want to stop your masturbation addiction, just have sex with your wife or girlfriend instead of masturbating. That advice not only makes your addiction worse but your lovemaking with your partner also cheapens to just a substitute of your addictive behavior. Overcoming masturbation addiction increases sexual pleasure in your life because you can satisfy your natural sexual need for intimacy and actually feel good about it.

10 Reasons to Stop Using Internet Porn and masturbation

(Note: I know there are more than a few guys at work who opened this blog, saw the title of this post, got extremely embarrassed and closed the browser as soon as possible. Sorry guys, but sometimes you gotta eat a little shit. If HR comes by to have a talk with you you can look the Devil in the eye and see what you’ve sold your soul to.)
We could be PC and pretend masturbating and internet porn don’t exist, but they do. And there is a very big problem with internet porn. Internet porn is a succubus whore from Hell intent on draining you of your vital seed, your testosterone, your energy, and your desire to succeed and conquer.
Or, to put it mildly, masturbating to internet porn does not do a body good. Internet porn is like a drug addiciton. The access to endless variety of porn causes your to constantly search for the “perfect” scene. This leads to massive overstimulation of the brain, the overstimulation causes a dopamine (dope) release into the brain (your fix). After you have an orgasm it’s like coming down off a drug. After all that excitement, that endless stimuli for the brain, your body just shuts off and you turn into a lazy piece of shit. How many time have you been about to do something, decided to just have a “quick one”, and by the end 30 minutes later had no motivation to do anything? I already know the answer: a lot.
Here are 10 reasons to stop masturbating to internet porn:
1) Internet porn saps you of precious energy – When you give up the porn and the endless masturbation sessions you have a lot more energy and drive. You want to get out and take care of business. You want to make money, you want to hit the weights, and you want to go and talk to that cute little blonde in the cereal aisle – and you just may have blueballs enough to do it.
2) Internet porn can lead to erectile dysfunction – Keep at it and eventually you will only be aroused by internet porn. Right now guys in their TWENTIES and even guys in their TEENS are having trouble getting hard without porn. They have to keep finding more and more disgusting and outrageous porn scenes to satisfy their hunger. Eventually nothing will do it but seeing a naked black man buttfucking a dog. That’s serious business. Keep up with the porn and it will happen to you too.
3) Internet porn will make you will want to stop having sex – Why bother with sex when you have every fantasy in the world available at one of your hands? Japan is a notoriously porn friendly country. Japan is saturated with porn. In Japan there is an entire culture of young guys called “Herbivores”. These herbivores have no desire for sex. All this porn and now the guys don’t want girls, they want sex with their hand, or sex with robots or nothing at all. Japan now has the lowest birthrate in the world. Can you see the connection?
4) After you stop masturbating to internet porn your voice may become deeper – Straight from the horses mouth, this is what guys who have stopped masturbating are saying happens.
5) After you stop masturbating to internet porn you will have more self control and will power – I’m telling you from personal experience you just plain feel better and stronger and more masculine. It’s the opposite feeling after masturbating to internet porn.
6) After you stop masturbating to internet porn your Testosterone will rise – According to this article, Testosterone is slightly higher when abstaining from orgasm. And it does rise slightly during sexual activity—before dropping back down to normal. Having sex with a real life girl increases your testosterone while having sex with your hand and sitting in front of a computer with 5 different pages open decreases it. I don’t need a science article to tell me that, I know it to be true from experience.
7) After you stop masturbating to internet porn you will become calmer, more rational, and less anxious – Again, straight from the horses mouth. Check out the link below to see all the positive results guys are getting.
8) You will become more attractive to women - Let’s assess the situation. Who do you think women find more attractive? A) Guys who spend their time in the dark, jacking off to endless streams of porn, finish after about an hour, take a nap, finally make it out in the sunlight (or not) and can’t even look them in the eye. Or B) Guys who don’t spend their time playing with themselves for hours, are full of testosterone, not having spilled their precious seed twice that day, have a deeper voice, and have the ability to make eye contact.
Easy answer.
9) You can stop getting viruses on your computer- Viruses are a pain in the ass and can sometimes take days to deal with. Most computer viruses come from porn. Eliminate the source, eliminate the virus.
10) If you can’t believe me, then take the word of these gentlemen who beat their addiction to internet porn and reaped the benefits - There are 90 pages worth of positive results. I’ve only quoted from the first few pages:
  • “I really like where I’m at now. I am so much calmer. I am losing my rage and anger which I am glad about. I have found out that the temper I had was linked to this addiction.”
  • “Social anxiety was the problem I faced right from my childhood. (I was too much interested in science, unlike normal kids, so I always had a feeling that I was not ”one of them.”) I experienced huge improvement in my confidence and selfassurance since cutting out porn. I have more energy now and I am exercising daily. (I never did before.) I now perceive myself as a self-assured, successful guy, rather than some introverted jerk.”
  • “Daily exercise and porn abstinence really seem to help. I am enjoying my new lifestyle now. In contrast, after I started watching porn, my social anxiety was boosted.”
  • “I’ve noticed the longer I stay away from porn that it’s easier to talk to them [women], flirt and get into conversations.”
  • “One week after quitting porn and masturbation I met a new girl, which even a month ago would have been unimaginable to me”.
  • “Another thing is the extra attention I’m getting from the opposite sex. I’ve never really had a problem talking to girls and they’ve spoke to me in the past of course, but it’s incredible how often girls start random conversations with me now! At a recent wedding I went to, for example, there were few people on the dance floor and I decided to get up and have a dance with my aunties. Then all of a sudden I was surrounded by women who were all grabbing me and wanting to dance with me! I’ll be honest; it felt good to have that attention!”
  • “It’s amazing how much of a difference there is. I’m a lot less nervous, more coherent, confident, everything. It really does feel like my real personality can come out.”
  • “The effect on my social life keeps getting better. I’m finding it really easy to talk to people, especially women. Someone made a comment to me the other day at my salsa class. Something like, “You like to talk to the ladies, don’t you?” I didn’t even notice because I was having so much fun but, when I think about it, he was right.”
  • “[Later] I started doing push-ups at work with some of the guys. When I started out I was at like 15 push-ups, and I was struggling. Well today is the first time I have been able to do them with these guys since I have gone 60 days with just a couple orgasm/ejaculations.  They were shocked at how many push ups I could do. They all commented on not seeing anyone increase from where I was at about 2 months ago to what I am at now. Today I did 200 (not all at one time  ). Maybe not superman but a big improvement in a couple months.”
  • “The other is the way I carry myself. I walk with more confidence. I feel better about myself. I do not feel like isolating myself as much as I did in the past. Well actually the longer I go without porn the more the desire to be with a woman is increasing.”
  • “[Later] Today is day 50 without porn. My body has healed very well. NO ED problems or weak ejaculations like I suffered from just a few months ago. So giving up porn and fantasy and going without orgasm (mostly) for just this period of time has made big steps in healing the damage I had done to myself. I also learned that I have gone far enough that I can recover my peace of mind a little more easily after an ejaculation.”
  • “When I do semen retention for 2 weeks, I notice these benefits: 1) Face looks radiant and energetic (I may get occasional double glances from girls in shopping mall or street) 2) Expression looks carefree (not struggling for more energy, or not worrying about negative stuff) More natural confidence without needing to adjust thoughts. 3) Voice gets deeper and more charming (This, strangely, makes both men and women like to talk with you.) 4) More positive thoughts (The negative thoughts that used to bother seem so minor and irrelevant – I can ‘get over’ issues easier.) 5) More calm emotionally and easier to control myself 6) Exponential increase of stamina and physical energy/strength.”
Sounds like the guys quoted above had other social problems in addition to porn addiction, but even for the Average Joe quitting porn and masturbation has real benefits. Keep your precious seed for yourself. Don’t give it away every few hours while taking the drug of internet porn. Let the confidence and the testosterone build up inside of you instead of spilling it every day. And when you do give it away, give it to a girl and not a kleenex. Winners don’t spend their time jacking off. Of this I am sure. Try it for 30 days and see for yourself. You may just like the results.
